Using the service
FeedSnap is provided as a web-based feedback service. You may use it only for lawful purposes and only on sites, projects, or environments where you have permission to install the script and collect feedback.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit, the legitimacy of your project data, and the permissions you have granted to collaborators or reviewers.
Acceptable use
- Do not use FeedSnap for illegal, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not submit malware, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Do not use the service to monitor people unlawfully or to collect data you do not have permission to collect.
- Do not interfere with the platform, its APIs, or the systems used to provide it.
Billing and subscriptions
- Subscription plans, prices, and renewal cadence are shown on the pricing page and during checkout.
- Payments are processed by our billing provider, and recurring billing continues until you cancel the subscription.
- If there is a conflict between the pricing page and a product-specific checkout or order form, the order form controls billing details for that purchase.
- We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or violations of these terms.
Ownership, changes, and limits
FeedSnap and its underlying software, branding, and templates are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to the feedback, screenshots, and project content you submit to the service.
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and, where appropriate, notify users through the product.
To the extent permitted by law, FeedSnap is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed for a SaaS product of this kind.
